IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR MEMBERS

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Special General Meeting that was due to be held on Monday 25th November 2024 has been cancelled.

The Special General Meeting will now take place on Monday 2nd December, 2024.

In accordance with Club’s Constitution, the Officers and Management Committee of The Club hereby gives notice of a Special General Meeting to be held at the clubhouse at 7pm on Monday 2nd December, 2024.

There are primarily two reasons for this Meeting:-

1. To present a financial report

2. To elect Officers and Management Committee members (see accompanying nomination form)

Any newly-elected Officers and/or Committee personnel will be expected to take office as of Tuesday 3rd December, 2024.

Only members who have paid their annual subscription for season 2024/25 will be allowed to attend. Note: Membership subscriptions will continue to be taken up to 7pm on Monday 2nd December 2024.

Questions are invited on the night. Should anyone wish to ask a question, but not publicly on the night, they are entitled to submit the question in writing to the Chairman not less than 7 days prior to the Meeting and a reply will be given on the night. Anonymous questions will not be addressed.
