With more than 150 players and over 30 coaching staff spread over 7 teams, the Junior Section at Mountain Ash is thriving. We train on various days during the week and play on a Sunday, at home on the Rec or the Cae and away at different clubs, mainly in the South East Wales area.
We have teams from Under 7s to 13s, if anyone is interested in joining Mountain Ash Junior Section as a player then please contact me or one of the coaches and you will be welcomed.
We are very proud of the quality of our Junior Section and have had some players included in a District side this year - this is testament to the hard work put in by the players and coaches in all the teams.
In the Cynon Valley U11s we have: Darrin Barter, Lawson Herneman, Tommy Hunt, Ethan Jones, William Thomas & Harley Watters.
Hopefully we can continue to progress players to the Youth and then onto the First and Second teams for many years to come.
I know all the players and coaches in the Junior Section are looking forward to the coming season, and wish the senior teams the best of luck.
