A youthful Mount 7s team, coached by former player and current Dragons outside half Josh Lewis, overcame Glynneath, Abercynon, Aberdare, Rhigos, Wild Cats from Newport and beat Abercwmboi 14-5 in the final to win the cup. Well done to all the boys.
