Congratulations from all at Mountain Ash RFC go to prop James Cowdry who played his 200th 1st XV game yesterday in the 54-22 win at Llantwit Fardre and won his Club Cap. To complete a memorable day for James, he also scored a try in the win, which took his total to 12 for the season, which makes him the Old Firm's top try scorer. What a prop forward he is!!
