This Saturday, the Old Firm welcome fellow Division 1 East Central club, St Joseph's, to Duffryn Pennar Park in the 3rd round / last 32 of the SWALEC Plate. Supporters should note that kick off is at 2:00pm due to a ruling by the WRU that all SWALEC Plate games must kick off at 2:00pm in case the game goes to extra time. IT WAS STATED EARLIER THIS WEEK THERE WAS A VICE PARONS GET TOGETHER ON SATURDAY 9 DECEMBER. THIS IS INCORRECT, IT IS ON SATURDAY 16 DECEMBER WHEN YSTRAD RHONDDA PLAY AT DUFFRYN PENNAR PARK IN THE LEAGUE. ALL VICE PATRONS ARE INVITED TO COME ALONG TO THE MATCH AND THE CHRISTMAS DINNER AT 5:30PM IN THE CLUBHOUSE. APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY THIS ERROR.

Mountain Ash Athletic, who were due to play away to Llantrisant 2nd XV, are now at home to the same opposition at Caedrawnant in a Rhondda and East Glamorgan League game, kick off is 2:30pm. Mountain Ash Youth's game away to Nantyffyllon has been cancelled. The Young Firm will now travel to Newport  H.S.O.B. for a game, kick off 2:30pm.
