Mountain Ash 2nd XV had a 24-12 home win over Ynysybwl 2nd XV in the Rhondda and East Glamorgan League at Duffryn Pennar Park. Mount scored 4 tries in total through wing Dean Bevan, who finished a move off by diving over in the corner, and outside half Nick Bennett, who made a break and scored under the posts. Both Number 8 Luke Brittain and hooker Lee Butts touched down after driving mauls. Outside half Bennett converted two to complete the scoring and give Mount a second win in the League.
