This was a game Mount lost due mainly to 7 players dropping out on Saturday morning. Both coaches, Nigel Roberts and Darren Dix, stepped in and deserve credit for playing and helping the Mount team out. Wing Callum Lewis scored Mount’s try in the first half and the score was 5-5 at half time. But an early try in the second half by Beddau was good enough to win them a tight, scrappy game. Both teams meet again in a Rhondda and East Glamorgan Championship game in Mountain Ash on Saturday 21 March.
